Eyes II

Animal eye lids tend to open much rounder than a human's. We have an almond shape from the lid folds. There's a distinctive 'wave' to the upper lid most noticeable in canines that is facilitated by raising the brow closest to the nasal arch.

  1. Would you consider anthros to have more human or more animal eyes?

    1. It's another question of aesthetics and functionality. human eyes, or at least the muscles that change the shape of their expression, would be a better choice to express emotion when drawing an antho. Iris colour and the darkening around the eyes is the animal aesthetic that would look nicer and more fitting though, personally. So I'd say human shape, animal iris.
